Thoughts on the Future

I have thought all along that if the man that sits in the White House wins reSelection, this nation would be in a world of trouble. I hope I am wrong. I hope we do not continue on this downward spiral of war, deficit and intolerance.
Time will continue to pass and perhaps we will come through it but we must not give up. The people have to remember they are the ones that hold the key. We will not let anyone in the White House or the government get away with degrading our Constitution.

There has been speculation on Dailykos and other sites that the election was rigged by Diebold. Something needs to be done though am not sure what. There IS NO paper trail. They have covered their tracks. The exit polls were correct where paper ballots were used but not where the Diebold machines were used. Except for some minority areas where ballot "spoilage" was a problem. If it comes out in the open that they tampered with the election, they need to get life in prison and that comes from me, Ms. Prison Reform!

And as for the "Evangelicals" that voted for Bush on "moral values" I have this to say. Where were their moral values when 100,000 people in Iraq were being killed as well as 1,100 of our own dearest blood? Where is the compassion? All I think their moral values represent are simple, closed minded prejudices.
